We were disappointed that the Executive Suite we reserved was not available. We discovered this upon room entry. Staff did give us a rate reduction. I understand that things happen but we should have been told initially or in advance. Also we found the hotel had been taken over by kids hockey teams and renovations were going on. It would been nice to have been aware. Anyway staff was friendly. Though we are long time Hampton customers we may give a different hotel a try next time.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Very clean and tidy. We stayed 2 nights and was very impressed the maid service came in and made the bed, emptied the garbage and gave us clean towels. The restaurant has very good food and snacks.
