The shower area was not cleaned out. Due to the slippery area, my daughter was hurt because she fell down in the shower. Her back was scraped from the rack. When she was able to get her strength, she went to the front to ask for ice. The staff just directed her to the kitchen because she was not wanting to bothered because she was on her personal phon.

The hotel was great but parking is terrible there parking lot is too small for the size of hotel and over flow parking a ways away so your car is not safe as ours was vandalized and side window smashed.

Our shower would not turn on. The handle would only spin. Due to the construction there was not enough room in the parking lot so we had to park in the adjacent mall parking lot. It was very cold and our car almost did not start because we could not plug it in
