Had no hot water second night
Blood on my sheets: reported and changed but a health hazard nonetheless. I should not be checking for them.
Not enough items in the room for 4 people
2 towels for 4 people
Almost empty soaps and hair hygiene products. May be ok with someone with fine hair but if you have coarse hair forget washing it. Made that mistake and advised my kids not to bother. You get tangled up
Coffee maker very dirty.
Sink not draining. You brush your teeth and wait forever for it to drain so you don’t leave a mess.
TV wifi not working. Leaving lines the first night. Simply told kids we would stay out the whole day and come back at night so we wouldn’t feel frustrated with the place since we have made payments for 3 nights already.
No parking services
No breakfast for the outstanding price of a night . Restaurant menu is minimalist. Stella’s restaurant near the airport saved the day for breakfast options. I have athletic kids with me.
Will not be coming back definitely .
I feel this hotel should be for people who missed their flight and on the go. No need for comfort.
