The property is fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. Check out was easy and the staff were friendly. My only issue is that the air conditioner was not working in the room and it got hot. I made the staff aware but not until the following morning. I would stay there again.

Didn't appreciate the hour wait for the shuttle at the airport for my Mom. Then they lied to my 76 year old Mom about knowing her flight # and told her it was late and not their fault. Nobody told them that she was flying in.. I've stayed there several times and the protocol. Is your phone the number When you arrive and they send you a shuttle. Sorry, text to talk

I would have rated 5 stars for everything but not everything in the ad I agreed to was true. However, when I did communicate my feelings to the manager she was understanding and made sure to make it fair and I’m super happy about it. I will 100% be back! My husband and I cant wait to check out the newer one too :)

The pool is a distance away from the rooms, but it was nice when we did get there. We travelled with 4 children and they were very friendly. Bonus the Denny’s attached to the building.

The pool was closed and that was the entire reason I booked this property. After a busy weekend, my family wanted to spend the last night in the city at a hotel with a pool. I found out the pool was closed upon check-in but couldn’t cancel my room at that point.
