The room was very clean. The staff was helpful. But be warned; on the 3rd floor we were given a room and right outside was a big loud, maybe an air conditioner or some large loud unit. So even though the bed was comfortable we did not sleep much or well. I will be on guard for that in our next stay. We enjoyed everything else about the hotel so I will be staying again.

Hotel room and staff were nice. However, security on a power trip soured our experience. Wouldn't let us bring plastic cups or water bottles into the pool area. (even though we saw at least 15 people with cups and water bottles while we were there) Then the same security at 11:00 when everybody in our room was asleep, came and knocked on our door telling us that we had to keep it down, even though we had been resting for an hour. Seemed like intentional retaliation after we asked questions about the water bottles in the pool.
