Our room smelled of sewage the first night checking in. We were out most of the day, upon returning after supper/shopping our room did not smell great. We had called to let the front desk know, a guy said he would send someone to our room. No one showed up after some time, the smell was then making us sick. So I went to the front desk to complain, the lady there immediately put us in another room. I was grateful, and our “new” room was better. However we did go to bed with a headache from that smell.

The rooms are so comfortable. The beds are the best I've found, in all of my recent hotel stays. Love the text message that you get as soon as you get to your room. Our guest service representative, Victoriia, was friendly and upbeat. She made sure that all of our questions were answered. The water slide is such a fun attraction, even if you're only young at heart. I definitely recommend the Victoria Inn!

Most of my issues with this booking come from Expedia first of all. It is advertised that there is bottled water. There is none. Bathrobes. There is none. Sleeps 3 . Well maybe if ur all sleeping in one bed. Also incorrect. This is a basic as basic gets. They use the cheapest most awful coffee in the rooms with the cheapest possible condiments you have ever seen. Not drinkable even with Baileys. Had to door dash coffee. The beds are really comfortable. My husband and I play cards and the only table is a tiny little table barely big enough to hold a drink by. Mainly for a premium room there is absolutely no storage and very limited seating . The closet is 12 inches wide. There is no where to set anything in the bathroom which almost caused a safety issue while using my flat iron. While the property is very nice the Christmas decorations are the cheapest Dollorama decor you ever saw. Spend some money guys you have a busy popular hotel. Please ask the housekeepers to yield to guests for the elevators. The restaurant is top notch and worthy of its own review. Overall for a “business room” there is very little room to do any business. I’m sure there is much better value for the money for a business room!!! The airport shuttle was friendly and quick!!!! I feel complimentary coffee in the lobby and some couches or seating would be much nicer!!!!
