The reason I am writing this review is because of one person. I don’t know her last name but her first name is Pat, she is in charge of the kitchen for breakfast. I had misunderstood the time given for breakfast, so when we came down there was nothing left. She saw that I was upset, came over and offered to make us something really quick. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Very friendly staff at all hours. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good, although I would have liked more cereal choices (bran flakes, cheerios, etc). The lady attending breakfast was very accommodating and and helpful. Will come back.

Everything was excellent, from the friendliness and outstanding performance of the staff at the main desk, the efficient way the breakfast buffet is attended, the housekeeping is thorough and meticulous. The crew that works all of the positions are unmatched in my experience. Everyone had a very friendly, welcoming and most satisfying air about them. I would highly recommend this hotel and all the amenities to anyone looking for an excellent hotel experience.

Stayed for a business trip to the area. Breakfast was good. Had two different types of waffle batter, eggs, turkey sausage, French toast sticks, various breads and pastries, and fresh cut fruit (a berry mix). I’d say more offerings than typical at a hotel. The area was quiet. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was super friendly as was the cleaner I ran into on my way out. I hope the manager sees this because this was the first place I’ve been where I’ve been wowed by the friendliness of the staff. They’re doing something right. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only complaint was I didn’t sleep well but it didn’t really have much to do with the hotel. I just kept getting hot randomly during the night that I think I’m just not used to humidity. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
