Jason was an excellent host! I stayed at his property for just over a month and he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. I’d highly recommend staying at his property. Ease of access to downtown Winter Garden was awesome! A few things to keep in mind: unit does not have direct access to thermostat. However, a quick text to Jason made everything comfortable again. Hot water takes a minute to get warm but definitely not a deal breaker for renting this property. Thanks Jason for everything!

Perfect location, just a short walk to lots of shops and cafes, restaurants and a brewery. Very walkable downtown. Make sure you go to the Saturday morning farmers market, it was great. The apt has everything you need, very clean, parking right outside. We had one issue, but the host made it right. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Check-in was quick and easy! Apartment was super clean and comfortable! The location was perfect for walking around Winter Garden! Just what I was looking for! I will definitely stay again!
