Property was old. In need of paint. Room was okay. Did find a dead bug on the desk and hair in the bed. The property itself was beautiful on the lake. I wouldn't stay again.

Disappointed stay

Requested handicap room on the first floor and was not provided one, so had to pay a much higher price to get a first floor room. The was a roach in the bathroom sink. The floors were dirty.

The location was excellent. Just an 8 minute drive from Legoland. Lots of food options nearby, iHop just a minute away, Denny’s 5 minutes, and a few minutes more Chipotle, McDonald’s, etc. The hotel itself is old, but everything functioned. Room had a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, tv. Everything was clean.

Lake Roy Beach Inns & Outs

It's a lovely location but the room, while sufficiently clean, was dated, with a rusty sink, loose toilet seat, scratched doors, ragged chair, and limited lighting. The lakeshore ambiance is a completely different story, beautiful, well appointed, relaxing. If you look at it as cabin camping by lakeside, it's not too bad. :-)
