We have an outside screened in patio 45x 15. A huge fenced in yard. Winter Haven has multiple lakes with places to rent pontoons & fishing boats.
Close to Tampa and Orlando & all of their tourist attractions. Easy comfortable living space with most everything you have at home. Large kitchen with all the amenities for families.

Close proximity to Legoland. Older Florida home in good shape with small bathrooms and a nice yard and patio.
