House was wonderful. Had a problem with AC that the host took care of. Some small items need attention such as shower rod in second bathroom and the pots and pans were ancient and need to be replaced

Sadly, we were not able to enjoy our stay as the AC failed. This rating is not at all a reflection of the owner or the house. Owner was very responsive and immediately cancelled our reservation/issued a credit. This is a beautiful home in an ideal location. I would highly recommend it and would definitely consider renting in the future.

really nice property. Took a while to cool down but did. Had a comfortable feel. Really set up to sleep 3 in beds, maybe 4 with spouse.

Six day stay in Winter Haven

House is very spacious (especially the awesome master suite!!) and on a lake with a nice backyard and seating. Large kitchen, living room, dining room and great large sunroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
