This delightful ground floor end unit has been modernized and features a private patio where visitors may observe a moose or fox wandering outside the wooded area behind the condominium building, and it is easily accessible from the main living room.
The living space provides a cozy sofa for relaxation while enjoying the gas fireplace or flat-screen television. This area is part of the open floor plan, which also incorporates a dining space with a table and seating for up to six guests, along with additional seating at the breakfast bar for up to four guests.
The fully renovated and equipped kitchen boasts tiled flooring, newer appliances, and ample countertop space for convenient meal preparation, as well as cabinets for storage.
In the master bedroom, there is a King bed, a window with a view of the forest, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with extra bedding options for larger groups or families with children, including a Captain’s bunk (double on the bottom and twin on the top) and a single twin bed, accommodating a total of four guests. Another full bathroom is conveniently situated in the main hallway of the unit.
The Clubhouse is just a brief stroll away from this unit located in the second cul-de-sac of the property, with the free town shuttle stops conveniently located just a few steps away.
