The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and newly furnished. It offers 55 m² of comfortable living space and is situated on the 4th floor, adjacent to the swimming pool and sauna. The bright living area features a cozy, spacious seating area that accommodates up to four people, creating an inviting space to relax. A high chair is available for young children; a baby bed is not available.
The fully equipped kitchen provides all modern comforts, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, combi microwave, and stove, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The apartment includes one bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), as well as a cozy bunk bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) located in a separate sleeping area, suitable for children or additional guests.
The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower. From the living and dining area, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy magnificent views and relax outdoors. An underground parking space is available for your car. Free Wi‑Fi and Netflix are also provided for your convenience.
