The living area includes a cozy three-seater sofa, separate armchairs, a footstool, and a coffee table. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six people.The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for enjoyable, easy cooking. Amenities include an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, and an induction cooktop. Coffee lovers can choose between a Senseo machine and a traditional filter coffee maker.The apartment offers three sleeping areas. The first bedroom features a 180x200 cm box-spring bed, bedside tables with lighting, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with two 90x200 cm box-spring beds, separated by a bedside table. The third sleeping area is located on a charming mezzanine with a standing height of 1.90 meters at its center. This area is accessed via a fixed, space-saving staircase from the living room, designed with a unique construction visible in the photos. Here, you'll find two additional 90x200 cm box-spring beds.The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and a vanity with open storage space for towels and toiletries. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, where ski equipment can also be safely stored.In addition to the private balcony, guests can enjoy access to a shared 300 m² garden, mainly lawned and surrounded by tall trees—a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation.Families with young children will appreciate the availability of a high chair and a cot. Parking is convenient, either directly by the house or on the quiet street in front.
