Rooms are clean and spacious, if slightly outdated designs. Upgraded tv and a comfortable, soft mattress. Lots of swimming options with lots of space. No frills and a good price point.

I liked that the room came with Noah’s Ark passes. We didn’t like that our room smelled like ramen, the bathroom fan was really loud, and there was just a lot of noise - whether from other rooms upstairs, outside, or hallway

The best thing about this hotel is the indoor and outdoor pool areas, especially if you have very young kids [2-4 years old]. The worst thing about this hotel was that the mattress, blankets, and pillows were very uncomfortable, as if they had been brought from the prison. On the plus side, you'll get free tickets to Noah's Ark.

Dated rooms but kept clean. Rock hard bed and pillows. Musty smelling ac that was very loud and making rattle noises. Pool areas were clean. Really had a hard time sleeping on the beds. Not sure if all rooms are in the same shape. We were on the 3rd floor. They did supply water park passes with the stay which was the driver to stay there.

We had near zero complaints, staff was friendly and accommodating. We called to confirm check in time and got into our room 1.5 hours early. Bummer no breakfast but there were tons of options near by. Recommendation bring a pillow from home. Would definitely stay again.

I booked the hotel mostly because of the fact that they give free waterpark passes, that was a huge plus. The hotel lobby is nice, the rooms are VERY dated. The bed was so uncomfortable, I struggled to sleep. It’s so hard, I felt like my back was going to break. The room was muggy, the sheets felt like they were wet. The location is nice but there was still some sketchy people that hung out outside of the hotel acting erratic.

Great stay!

Great hotel that has great amenities. Would recommend to families with younger children. Check in was fast and all the employees were friendly. Room was nice and beds were comfortable. The rooms were bigger than expected. Close to everything. Will definitely be back!

2nd Stay

Hotel was great overall. Front desk staff is always helpful and informative. Only reason why it's a 3 star review is due to room service. This is the second time I request room service (they give you a door sign to hang from the doorknob) The first time I stayed the room service staff semi cleaned the room. I just assumed they were in a rush. This time i did ask for it mid stay only because some chips were dropped in the room and crumbs were everywhere; also I was traveling with a bigger group this time around. We even left the dirty towels in the room piled neatly since we did need clean towels. No clean towels were provided. Good thing we brought our own extra towels! Again the staff only vacuumed the floor. They then proceeded to wait outside my door before check out time. So my family and I left and within minutes they were inside the room ACTUALLY cleaning and making the beds. I don't usually say anything when it comes to this but this time I felt as if they pick and choose what rooms to really clean. The room itself first day was spotless so no complaints there. Just wish theyd really offer full room service instead of rush job.

Hotel was close to the main attractions in the Dells, and had a decent pool/waterslide area. Beds and rooms weren’t the most comfortable, and the process of getting Noah’s Ark passes from the staff was more cumbersome than it needed to be. Overall, it got the job done; it just was pricey for what it was.
