It's really nice to have a pool and a hot tub inside! The room was big! But there isn't ever anyone at the front desk and the tv doesn't work out there. Overall a great location and we'll be back!

Parking 2-levels outside- steps were icy & snow-covered (snow had ended prior to my arrival) front desk employee was sitting in lounge area playing on phone. I feel they could have been clearing steps and/or applying salt. Instead the night employee did this well after 11pm which kept us awake as it was outside our window. Snow removal plow also dropped his blade well after what would be considered ‘quiet time’.
