Nice cozy, bright and spacious apartment on about 75 square meters on the ground floor. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa and separate dining area and offers enough space for 6 people. After long walks you can make yourself comfortable in the evening by the fireplace. Flat screen TV and radio / CD player available. With 3 bedrooms, this is a slightly larger apartment.
For the extensive breakfast with fresh rolls, everything you need is available in the adjacent kitchen. And if you like to cook, nothing is missing, whether dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, we hope you will feel at home and you will not miss anything.


Our courtyard with several holiday apartments in a quiet location is no longer used for agriculture. Thanks to the good transport connections, you can be in the beautiful Carolinensiel in about 3 minutes.
The apartments, some on the ground floor, have their own sunny south-facing terrace with garden chairs and sun loungers in the garden. The apartments on the upper floor have a sunny terrace in the garden.
For relaxed hours you can take a seat in the Hollywoodschauckel and read a good book or just let your mind wander.
For the little ones and big children there are many play possibilities like swing, slide, trampoline, vehicles for free. For sporting entertainment there is a table tennis table and a soccer table in the barn. In the large garden you can laze around or play football. And with our bikes you can explore the area or go to the beach.
In our house you can use the Internet with your own laptop. From the Easter vacation to the autumn vacation, the local bakery offers a bread service.
We hope you have a relaxing and relaxing day with us.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed with us.

Perfect spot along the northern coast of Germany

Arrival was easy and the hosts of this property put us right at ease even though my German is minimal. We came in the office season and this apartment was the perfect respite from the winter weather for relaxation after exploring the wonderful ports, mud flats, and swimming pools. We even drove into Bremen! Clean, comfortable and a home away from home.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in einer wundevollen, sehr sauberen Wohnung genossen. Es fehlte uns an nichts.Vor allem unsere Töchter haben viel Zeit in der Spielscheune und auf dem großen Außengelände verbracht, so das wir Erwachsenen auch etwas "kinderfreie" Zeit genießen konnten.Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder

Silvester in Carolinensiel

Wunderbares Objekt. Wir waren mit 3 Pärchen da. Da wäre eine weitere Toilette bestimmt Vorteil gewesen. Aber unter Freunden ging auch das reibungslos. Der Weg durch die Felder zum Museumshafen dauert etwa 45 Minuten zu Fuß und ist sehr schön. Gerne wieder.

Wir kommen wieder

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die für die Kinder auch viel drum herum bietet. Familie Janßen können wir nur empfehlen. Für die Kinder ist auf Hof viel geboten und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und schön, sogar der Osterhase hat vorbeigeschaut.

Schöne Fewo, sehr kinderfreundlich

Fewo ist so wie auf den Bildern, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Es gibt viel Spielzeug in einer Halle und draussen im Garten. Fahrzeug für Ausflüge empfehlenswert. Preis Leistung empfand ich als angemessen.

Ein Rundum Wohlfühlpaket

Familie Janßen war überaus nett und super unkompliziert! Bei evtl. Schwierigkeiten mit den geliehenen Rädern (von denen es genügend gibt sodass jeder ein passendes finden kann) wurde sofort Hilfe angeboten! Auch sonst war alles wie auf den Bilder dargestellt, die Wohnung war hell und freundlich und schön eingerichtet! Man konnte super Ausflüge machen, ist schnell zum Strand bzw. nach Carolinensiel geradelt und konnte auch beim schlechtem Wetter wunderbare Stunden mit Billard, Tischkicker und anderen Indoor Aktivitäten verbringen! Absolut einen Besuch wert!

Ein wunderschönes Objekt, etwas abseits des Zentrums aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Hier gibt es Ruhe und Erholung pur. Sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Kann man nur empfehlen !

Bester Urlaub bisher!

Sehr schöne saubere und großzügige Wohnung. Für die Kinder war eine Spielscheune vorhanden mit Billiard, Tischkicker, Tischtennis, Fahrräder usw. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren zwei Enkeln hier verbracht - die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, komlpette Küche, drei Schlafzimmer (super für die Enkel, jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich) - tolle Spielmöglichkeiten bei schönen wie bei schlechtem Wetter - in der Umgebung gibt es auch jede Menge Interessantes - War ein toller Urlaub.

Nette Ferienwohnung mit Blick ins Grüne.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der geräumigen Ferienwohnung mit vier Kinder sehr genossen. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer großen Fensterfront ausgestattet, mit Blick ins Grüne. Es stehen jederzeit kostenlose Fahrräder für die ganze Familie zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es genügend Ausflugsziele.

Es ist einfach nur super.

Hier findet man alles was das Kinderherz begehrt. Platz (ca. 2000 m²) Spielgeräte, Spielscheune , Fahrräder und ähnliches in jeder Größe. Kinder glücklich, Eltern bzw. Großeltern glücklich. Aber auch Ruche und Erholung kommen nicht zu kurz. Die Ferienwohnung ist super und die Vermieter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Klasse Urlaub!!!
