The apartment is best suited for couples and families who want some space to relax. The apartment has an open and large living / dining area with separate sleeping area, a separate bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. For sunbathing also in the cooler season, the sheltered terrace with evening sun on. The private parking space is located directly at the house, storage for bicycles available, carts and beach toys can be used free of charge. 1 minute walk to the marina and 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Barrierearme, gemütliche und geschmackvolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Strand, Hafen, Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Perfekte Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder etc.Einziger Kritikpunkt: der fehlende 2. Wohnungsschlüssel
