My only issue was I booked a walkable dog friendly room 4 months ago and that was also confirmed in a message to me. When we arrived I was told that was never available.

The power went out during the night which resulted in no running water. The hotel could have provided water to at least brush your teeth or wash your hands. They also included a breakfast in the price - with the power outage that consisted of a piece of fruit and a small yogurt- that’s it - not even a drink option. I feel the hotel should be better prepared for this type of situation and provide better service to customers

This is a 10/10 hotel! Easy, free parking. Kind staff and efficient check in. Clean rooms with everything you need. Great breakfast in restaurant with accommodating hours. Friendly service in the restaurant. Quiet hotel. Spacious room. Free coffee in lobby. I was so impressed with the hotel!

Great family stay

Lovely hotel! Very new and shows as such. Great vicinity to the highway, making it easy for travellers. Enjoyed wandering around the property and checking out the potato fields and giant chair outside! Breakfast was delicious too!

Unfortunately the electricity went out in the night and was not on in the morning. The facility did not communicate with us about the status. We were on the fourth floor but managed. There should be a contingency plan for the facility. We are still waiting for an email receipt.

There were power outage at midnight at the hotel. We were not able use washroom, no electricity, no water, nothing. We were not offered any apology nor even any word from the staff. Eventually we had to walkout from the hotel earlier to go out and do regular works like brush teeth, washrooms etc. I am wondering how do they offer their services during winter if this happens. Hotel should have their own generator to keep minimum supplies of regular things.

The Amsterdam has the best bed and pillows of any of the hotels that I stay at and a good cup of tea is always available. In addition, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant provides an excellent meal at the end of the day. The buffet for breakfast was very appreciated and delicious and the dining room staff are so amenable and efficient. Stayed there twice this summer and had an excellent experience.

Nice clean and updated hotel with a great breakfast included. Not much around the hotel but a great hotel if you’re just travelling through. Bonus. There were 3 working ev car chargers available.
