Valoisa ja ilmava Woodstock-koti kaikilla tarvitsemillasi mukavuuksilla. Sijaitsee vain 4 minuutin päässä Woodstockin kylästä, tervehdi täydellinen lomakoti.

Neljä makuuhuoneen talo, jossa on 3 kylpyhuonetta, jotka sijaitsevat yksityisellä tiellä täydellinen kävely ja juoksu ympärillä. Talo on remontoitu hiljattain, ja siinä on lämmitetty suolavesi maanpäällisessä uima-altaassa, 2000sf ulkona kannella, jossa on grilli, koripallokenttä ja suuri rauhallinen puutarha, jossa on yksityisyyttä, kaksi puulämmitteistä takkaa ja keskusilma. Uudistetuissa kylpyhuoneissa on kaksi seisovaa suihkua ja syvä amme. Erillinen kirjastohuone rauhallisen lukemisen tai television katselun kannalta. Talo tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden, Amazon-tikun ja HBO: n. Tilava olohuone, jossa holvikatot, puulämmitteinen takka ja kattoikkunat. Kaunis ja tyylikäs "vihreä" den kanssa puun polttaminen takka. Rentouttava palo kuoppaan takapihalla yli näköinen suuri mänty ja tammen puita.

Ranch-tyylinen talo, jossa talot toisella puolella taloa ja viihdehuoneet toisella puolella optimaaliseen asetteluun. Makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode kylpyhuoneella, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on ulosvedettävä parivuode ja parivuode, johon mahtuu korkeintaan kolme aikuista tai täydellinen pakopaikka asiakkaille, joilla on lapsia. Kolmas makuuhuone sisältää täyden sängyn ja neljäs makuuhuone on queen-vuode. Makuuhuoneessa on oma vaatekaappi. Viihtyisässä baarissa on avoautoinen vuodesohva. Täysin varusteltu keittiö ja ruokasali mukavasti istumapaikat kuusi tai enemmän. Suuri mukava poikkileikkaus sohvalla, joka sijaitsee olohuoneessa.

Talo on olennaisen tärkeä. Puhdista pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet mukana shampoo ja kehonpesu. Siivousmaksu voidaan muuttaa huoneiden / kylpyhuoneiden määrän mukaan. Lastenhoitopalvelut saatavilla pyynnöstä.

On huippuluokan ravintoloita koko Woodstock ja koko Hudson Valley alueella. Jotkut suosikeistani Woodstockissa ovat Shindig (lounaalle), Oriole 9 (loistava aamiainen), Cucina (suuri brunssi ja päivämäärät ateriat), Catskill Mountain Pizza (he antavat vain käteistä) ja Bread Alone (maukasta maistua tuoretta leipää, kahvia ja enemmän).

Lisämaksu on 25 dollaria / vieras / yö yli 6 hengen ryhmille.

Takat suljetaan kesäkuukausina.

HUOMAUTUS: Talo on lapsiystävällinen, mutta ei lapsiturvallinen. Lisäksi talo sopii hyvin pariskunnille ja sinkkuille. Allas on avoinna Memorial Weekendistä 24. syyskuuta asti.

Aikainen sisäänkirjaus ja myöhäinen tarkistus ovat joskus saatavilla pyynnöstä.

POHJOISMAA: Lasten uima-altaan ympärillä on aita. Huomaa, että kaikki vierasosapuolten jäsenet ovat useimmiten allekirjoittaneet altaan luopumisen. Vuokraajille veloitetaan propaani korko lämmitysaltaalle. Kytke vain altaanlämmitin käyttöön, kun käytät laitetta ja muista sulkea altaan lämmitin.

KYLPYHUONEET
Talo toimii septisellä järjestelmällä. Hävitä kaikki vauvapyyhkeet, pyyhkeet, saniteettituotteet ja ruoka-aineet roskakoriin vessojen sijasta. Kylpyhuoneissa on kertakäyttöpussi.


OMAISUUDEN TILA JA VAHINKO
Kaikki kodin vahingot aiheuttavat korvaamisen ja / tai korjauksen kustannukset. Vuokralainen eniten ilmoittaa, jos vahingot ovat läsnä omaisuutta kahden tunnin kuluessa saapumisesta. Jos vahinkoa ei ole ilmoitettu, vuokralainen vastaa vuokrasopimuksen aikana aiheutuneista vahingoista. Huonekaluja, elektroniikkaa ja taidetta ei saa siirtää. Tilat, jotka ovat likaisempi kuin normaaliksi katsotaan, lisäävät siivouskustannuksia.

Avaimet: Tarjoamme kaksi näppäimistöä. Molemmat näppäimet on palautettava lukituslaitteeseen loman lopussa.

TUPAKOINTI KIELLETTY
Tupakointi on sallittu talon sisällä. Tupakointi talon sisällä johtaa koko vakuuden menettämiseen. Tupakointi on sallittu ulkona. On olemassa 50 dollarin maksu, joka jättää savukkeiden paikkoja kiinteistössä.

Ulkoilma säilyy minimiin kello 10 jälkeen.
Ole hyvä ja kunnioitkaa ympäröivän omaisuuden omistajia.

Beautiful getaway

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this lovely home. It was so easy to make dinner, as the kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed, and we were able to spread out and enjoy the beautiful rooms for movie time, or reading. The beds were extremely comfortable with super-soft linens. This house was central to everything, and in a perfect neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and even made suggestions for things to do! 12/10 - highly recommend.

Great escape!

Woodstock vacation

Our family of 6, including a 6 and 9 year old, love the pool. Our meals were grilled and eaten outside on the spacious deck. The house is roomy, comfortable and our host, Yanna, very responsive. We would love to return next year.

Weekend Getaway!

Just Fabulous!

5 of us out on a much needed girls trip. Upon arrival, the place was even better in person! The pictures just can't capture the magic of this beautifully decorated place. It was easy to check in! We had everything we needed. The house and bedrooms were all very clean and inviting. Not to mention the beds were super cozy. We all slept quite well! The kitchen was modern and a joy to be in. Very close to town which was a major plus for us. Communication with the owners was easy and prompt. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great college reunion getaway!

Seven of us all met for our 25th college reunion! The location was great just a few minutes from Woodstock’s cool shops and restaurants. The house had such a cool Mediterranean vibe and was just the right size for 7 of us. We loved catching up outside by the gas fireplace and having our coffee during the crisp November morning with the backdrop of woods and nature. The family room was nice to all sit around and play games and chat. Maybe a TV in that room would be nice even though we didn’t need it for the weekend. Everything was clean and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Thank you so much!

Woodstock retreat

Our family felt like we were on a real vacation at Yanna’s retreat. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of six. We enjoyed grilling our meals on the large deck over looking the pool. The backyard is surrounded by forests that kept us cool during the heat wave. Yanna was a responsive owner and answered our questions. We would love to return again.

Pleasant but not Fantastic

Our family had a great time being together under one roof and enjoying each other's company..... i must say that was the best part of the week, and we created a wonderful memory. As far as the house and the accommodations, it was a little "tired" The picture presentation looked much nicer than the actual home. The host was helpful with our concerns when we checked in and resolved a few problems immediately. The pool was nice and very clean, but the furniture was old and very tired. We brought our own pool toys, and left them there for the next family !! I would recommend the host update dishes, glasses, and silverware for the kitchen. The towels were adequate, as well as pool towels. The weather was perfect, and the town was lovely. i guess i am a little spoiled when it comes to accommodations, but i think in this area there is a rustic atmosphere with both pluses and minuses. Cleanliness of the property and sanitation issues can be easily improved at the time of turn over of the property.

Nice

Went with a small group of friends for a weekend getaway. Decent drive and easy to find the property. Property Manager/Owner, Yanna was very responsive and understanding. There were min cupcakes left for us upon our arrival which was a nice personal touch :) Plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of outdoor space as well. House rules/instructions were clear and easy to follow. The property has supplies and bath amenities available so no need to bring anything! Kitchen is well stocked. The only kitchen utensil you might want to bring are your own chef knives for chopping. The knives there were dull but manageable. TV’s were smaller than we’d like, but No complaints. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again.

Cozy spot for the winter retreat

Our family had a great X’mas time at Ayanna’s property. The house was spacious, clean, cozy, comfortable and easy to find. The communication with the Yanna was great. The location is very convenient. There is a big supermarket in 3 minutes driving distance, and it is also very close to the Woodstock Main Street. We all enjoyed staying in this beautiful house.

Thanksgiving vacation

We spent the week of thanksgiving at this Woodstock property and really enjoyed ourselves! The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook a full thanksgiving dinner and we also used the grill. The kids loved running around in the yard and hanging out in the “pink room” and the adults enjoyed relaxing in front of the fire. We also loved Woodstock and went to several of the recommended restaurants. We would totally stay here again, I would love to come when the pool is open! (maybe consider a hot tub?!?)

Space to spread out

We enjoyed sitting in the living room and enjoying the fire, gathering for a family movie night in the TV room, and sitting around the table at breakfast. We sat on the deck when we first arrived but then it got too cold. The neighborhood is perfect for a leaf gathering walk and is very close to downtown Woodstock. Our 3-year old grandson cried when it was time to leave.

Wonderful Summer Weekend - Needed More Time!

This house and property is as pictured and described. We were two families and fit very comfortably. Loved the location - close enough to town to be convenience but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. There is plenty to do (both in town and in the surrounding area) and we would come back again. Highly recommend this home for a weekend rental or longer!

Fall getaway

House itself with numerous bedrooms, fireplace, and furnishings all being close to town made for a great short vacation with friends. Home itself is charming with comfortable furniture, easy check out, and host was very responsive prior to and during our vacation. Great home base and close to restaurants and activities such as kattterskill falls, Hunter, mohonk mountain, New Paltz, and local bars and restaurants such as Sylvia, Red Onion, Oriole 9, and Early Terrible to name a few we stopped at on this trip.

Great stay at the home. Perfect location to town. Hard to find kitchen light but texted and got answer right away.

Great House for a Group

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding we attended in the area, and it was the perfect place for our group. We each had our own private space, but loved being able to hang out in the living room, outdoor deck and, most importantly, the pool. It's also conveniently located, being just a short ride from the center of Woodstock.

Girls get away

We enjoyed our stay, the pool was great and the house is located not far from stores or Woodstock town. The house was large enough for a group of 9 and the bedrooms were nicely located away from the main living area where if you wanted some rest you didnt really hear the noise from the living area.

Delightful stay in Woodstock

My son graduated from college this past weekend and my family and I wanted to stay nearby. Ayanna's home couldn't have been a better place for us to stay! The house is beautiful and clean and modern and has every amenity one would want. The pool was warm and big and our kids had a wonderful time. The layout of the house is perfect for adults and kids to find their own space. It is close to everything. And it is surrounded by a beautiful canopy of trees.

An Absolute Pleasure!!!!!

I was very particular about my home selection for this trip as I wanted a home to meet my high expectations not just for myself but for my invited guests. The home was exactly as explained and photographed with many added compliments. The owner was very responsive and accommodating as needed. This gorgeous home was definitely the highlight of our weekend. I’m grateful to have been able to share in its comfort and will definitely return when the pool is open!
