My reservation was for 3 nights. Lovely historical property that’s been beautifully renovated. The room was lovely and spacious. Excellent location. The Michelin recommended Wierzbowa 15 restaurant on the premises is worth going to. I was somewhat put off that when there was a problem with what was included in the reservation (breakfast), management were inflexible, not even offering one complementary breakfast for my 3 night stay. For a 5 star property, I did consider this a bit “nickel and diming”. Other than that one glitch, I would recommend this hotel.

I spent 40 years on the road. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels. This hotel, the Altus Palace, was spotless. But what really set it apart was the staff. I have never before seen such attention from hotel staff. Always eager and informative. And most of all they were genuine. Really very nice, helpful people. The best!

A really nice hotel and great value for money, the rooms are immaculate and have everything you need. The location is great with just a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Wroclaw. We didn't use the restaurant but did use the Spa facilities which were a really nice bonus. It was the first time i've used such facilities and the Polish/Irish girls at the Spa was very helpful in showing us around and explaining the facilities. Only one very slight negative, I have stayed here previously and was offered a drink whilst checking in, we also had a a sweet treat left in our room on an evening. We didn't get either on this occasion. Not a huge issue and i would still give the place an overall 5 stars and would return again however, it did feel slightly as if we weren't treat quite the same as I was visting with a group of males as opposed to visiting as a couple last time.
