Tumbaramba - Ideal for Families

What a great house this is. Bathing in natural light every room is larger than you would expect. The wood fire and open plan living areas give both a sense of warmth and space, making this holiday property ideal for families and even the odd extra guest. It has both ocean views and a stunning valley view from side and back of the property. The kitchen come well equipped with quality appliances and dishwasher. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday in summer or winter this would be the place.

- Views down to the Wye River beach from varandah. - Dining for 8, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine - Open plan living area with wood fire. - Large deck area with BBQ and outdoor setting.

- Bedroom 1 : Master bedroom upstairs with Queen size bed, bedside tables and lamps, ensuite & views over the hills - Bedroom 2 : Queen size bed, bedside table with lamp - Bedroom 3 : 2 x Bunk - Main bathroom downstairs with vanity and bath.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great ocean road visit and stay in Wye river

Fantastic location and views houses was great.Only complaint was the oven is very old and inadequate. Had to give up and revert to microwave

We are all well travelled people and the communication process through stayz is once again hopeless.

After experiencing the worst check in procedure through stayz and arriving to no power connected until the the switchboard was located with assistance from great ocean road real estate who were most helpful it was found. We’re we wrong to think that power and water would be connected on arrival ???, Of course the fridge was off and we had all fresh seafood to store. We found it most unprofessional not to connect power and hot water prior to arrival. One would assume this would have been done prior to check in. We are country people and have never experienced this before. Once these issues were resolved, we found the property most accomodating and comfortable with nice living area and facilities.

Wonderful holiday home

We loved our stay at Tumbarumba. Way better than I expected. Plea to of space for us all. Bedrooms amazing , particularly the main bedroom which was enormous!! Very clean , beautiful sea view and friendly birds on the verandah !!! Highly recommended

We had a good stay. Unfortunately on 2nd day there was no hot water. The booster took most of day to heat up Pans in oven had not been cleaned and had build up of grease in bottom of pan

Amazing views of the ocean and nature. Very specious house. The kitchen utensils are fully stocked. Took my parents and kids for the weekend and both absolutely loved it.
