Unfortunately, this trip was very stressful for us! Not only that, but your company simply ripped us off and deceived our family! Initially, when we bought this hotel through Expedia, we booked a room for a week through your website and indicated the number of people who would be participating in this trip: two adults, my 46-year-old wife, my 74-year-old mother-in-law, and my youngest son, seven years old! We clearly indicated that it was two adults and one child! And this was indicated on the receipt. But after my family arrived directly at the hotel, they were unable to check in because hotel representatives said that the receipt indicated one infant and two adults. My wife presented the original receipt, which indicated that we had paid in full for this trip for two adults and one child! But hotel representatives told us that Expedia provided them with different information and that we had to pay an additional $500! The hotel representative insisted and said that they could not help us in any way, we should contact Expedia directly. We immediately called Expedia back, and after our conversation with their representative, he told us that at the moment we cannot correct this error and we must pay an additional $500. After this amount is paid, we must send them all the receipts confirming this payment in the amount of $500 by email, and then they will refund us the money! This was confirmed directly by the Expedia representative!!
