毎年連泊で宿泊していますが、施設がどんどん増えて充実しています。 安心して過ごせるのは良いですが、躾の出来ていない飼い主もいるので、夜中吠えている子や朝食会場で吠えていても、全く気にしない飼い主がいたり今回はゆっくり過ごせず残念でした。

ドッグランが最高でした。夏だったらプールも楽しめそうなのでまた来たいと思いました。残念だったのはサウナ・露天風呂付きのお部屋だったのですが、サウナのドアが固くて開け閉めがスムーズにできなかったことと 露天風呂にお湯をはって少し時間が経つとお湯がぬけてしまったことですかね…。 でもわんこはいつも笑顔でした！

２回目の利用でした。朝、チェックアウト前に、ワンちゃんとお散歩にコースに出掛け、思ったより長いコースだったので、チェックアウトが少し遅れてしまいました。30分も過ぎていないのでその旨を伝えたのですが、『決まりですので』と無愛想な態度で言われ、延長代を請求されました。せっかくの楽しい2日間の最後が少し残念な思い出になりました。

もう泊まることはないです。

部屋に入った瞬間、犬臭ではなく人間の皮脂？油臭い様な異臭で驚きましたが、トイレやお風呂に長い髪の毛や陰毛なども落ちたままでとても不快でした。また床に滴が落ちた際にティッシュで拭き取ったらあまりの真っ黒さにびっくりしました。こんなに汚い床に愛犬を歩かせるのは抵抗ありました。とにかく休まらない部屋です。いいのか悪いのかわかりませんがフロントでチェックインして鍵をもらったらあとはそのまま放置状態で、どこにいるスタッフも決して感じがいいとは言えません。価格に見合っていない宿泊です。周りにもリピーターが全くいないので納得でした。
