A welcoming two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom villa with private pool and access to a large communal pool, ideally suited for couples or small groups looking for a comfortable base in Playa Blanca. Casa Kerrie is a semi-detached villa set on a corner plot within a gated community in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca. The villa offers a lovely balance of indoor and outdoor living, with an L-shaped terrace and a small garden area perfect for relaxing in the Lanzarote sunshine.
Inside, the ground floor has an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge features a comfortable L-shaped sofa and TV with UK channels, and opens directly onto the terrace. The lounge has air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware. There’s also a convenient downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. At the front of the villa, there is a utility room which houses a washing machine for guest use.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms, both with sea views over the rooftops and fitted wardrobes offering hanging space and drawers. The main bedroom has air conditioning and a Smart TV. The upstairs bathroom has been fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
Outside, the villa’s L-shaped terrace provides plenty of space for outdoor living, with four sunloungers, a dining table and chairs, parasol, and an outdoor shower beside the private 3×5.5m pool. Guests can also enjoy access to a large communal swimming pool within the complex.
Casa Kerrie comes with lots of thoughtful extras to make your stay comfortable, including a hairdryer, straighteners, iron and ironing board, pool towels, and we also provide a complimentary welcome pack with water, wine, beer, juice, biscuits, tea and coffee.
Parking is available on the street directly outside the complex. The property can be accessed by communal ramp or stairs.
Located in Las Coloradas, a quieter area of Playa Blanca, Casa Kerrie is just a 5-minute walk to the El Pueblo shopping centre with its small Superdino supermarket, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, 6 minutes’ walk to Coloradas Beach, and around 25–30 minutes’ walk to Marina Rubicón. Playa Blanca town centre is a short 5-minute taxi ride, and the airport is approximately 35 minutes by car.
