Casa SOL is a semi-detached duplex located in a very quiet residential area of Playa Blanca. It is bright, clean and well located - 5 minutes walk to Playa Coloradas, 10 minutes walk to the elegant Marina Rubicon, with its shops, markets and restaurants and 15 minutes walk to Playa Blanca town centre.
Ideal for families and couples.
With modern decor and a comfortable exterior, this duplex offers all the comfort and relaxation you need during your holiday.
The house has a total capacity for 4 adults and is situated close to the communal swimming pool of the complex.
It consists of 2 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower; the main bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Living-dining room very luminous thanks to the large windows and with direct access to the outside area. Fully equipped kitchen so that you have everything you need to enjoy it with your family and friends.
The kitchen has an induction hob with fridge/freezer, combi microwave/oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils, kettle, microwave, cooking utensils and toaster.
Casa SOL also offers essential services such as safety deposit box, wifi, Smart TV, 42 inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

Playa Blanca is located in the south of the island of Lanzarote. It is the third most important tourist enclave of the island. It belongs to the municipality of Yaiza and in recent decades has experienced a boom in the tourism sector that has made it a point of great interest for those visiting the island.
A small sandy beach in the centre of the village gives its name to the place. With a strong fishing tradition, the village of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to become a point of interest not only for tourism but also for culture, whose port allows maritime connection with the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
The paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo, where the first documented conquistadors entered, still maintain an aura of mystery as they are located within the Natural Monument of Los Ajaches with its almost two kilometres where you will find several coves of golden sand and turquoise waters.
Playa Blanca has an extensive promenade that runs along almost the entire coastline and allows you to enjoy walks that will take you from Las Coloradas to the Pechiguera lighthouse, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
From Playa Blanca it is easy to get around the island by car. The Timanfaya National Park is just 20 minutes away, where you will find Las Montañas del Fuego, one of the island's must-see spots, as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo.
The island has 9 official Tourist Centres .
We also recommend a visit to the César Manrique Foundation where you can learn a lot about this local artist whose architectural and sculptural works are visible all over the island of Lanzarote.
