Casa Marilyn is a beautiful modern villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden and terrace with Jacuzzi. The villa is located no more than 5 minutes walk from the center of Playa Blanca.
As a guest you can also use the tennis court and the communal swimming pool free of charge.

When you step in the villa you enter the open living room with 2 comfortable sofas, air conditioning (pay as you go system), TV, free WIFI and Alexa to listen to your favourite music.
The complete open, bright kitchen with a view of the garden and terrace is located next to the living room.
There is a fridge/freezer combination, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of storage cupboards filled with glasses and plates.
Through the sliding doors you enter the terrace with the Jacuzzi, 2 sunbeds, 2 adjustable chairs and a table with 2 chairs.
There is also an awning for shade.
Through a small gate you enter the second terrace in the garden.
Here is another gas BBQ, a washing line and plenty of room to sit.

On the other side of the living room is a hall with an adjoining 2nd bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and sink.
In addition, the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds.
At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning (pay as you go system).

Casa Marilyn is very centrally located - less than 5 minutes walk to the center of Playa Blanca. (Shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beach)

Second time visiting this villa and we still love it.Nice inside and out. We use the hot tub frequently and the outdoor furniture which is great!The communal pool is lovely but quite cold in October. There are beds and seats to use but the beds are quite old. It’s always quiet which is a bonus. The location of the villa is one of its best qualities- close to the bus station a big supermarket and Playa Blanca itself.

Excellent Villa

Location was brilliant. The whole villa was immaculate inside and out. Loved the hot tub. We used the communal pool too which was very quiet.

Excellent modernised villa.

Plenty of space beautiful kitchen all modern new appliances. Tv and satellite set up was superb, all Sky channels available inc sky sports and box office events. Jacuzzi a wonderful retreat after a long days riding in the hills
