Enjoy the fresh ocean breeze, with the sweeping beach being a short walk from this stylish villa. Throughout the property, there is a contemporary feel elevated with modern and lights furnishings. Villa Arena is a semi-detached villa situated on a corner plot of a residential area of Playa Blanca, around 10 minutes' walk from a host of amenities in the resort centre. Playa Dorada, the nearest sandy beach, is also around 10 minutes away on foot. The lively Rubicon Marina is around 5 minutes' drive from the villa, with a number of chic shops, places to dine and sporty activities. You could also catch the ferry from the harbour and spend a day exploring Fuerteventura.
