This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Had an amazing time whilst staying in Playa Blanca! Villa Janubio is a great location in a gated neighbourhood which makes you feel safe and is only a short drive to the Marina where there is lots to discover, can even take a 20 minute stroll which I thought was also good. The villa itself was a pleasant stay although it did take us around half an hour to find it because the check in instructions were not clear and had to disturb neighbours nearby to assist us. A comfortable spot with an open space which me and my partner really enjoyed. Although I would say it would be helpful to have additional amenities such as cutting boards, salt & oil etc. It does say in the check out instructions to have all cutlery clean it would be helpful if cleaning products were supplied to wash in the sink but it was equally easy to work the dishwasher.Overall we were really satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay again

Maison très mal entretenue et pas propre du tout : nous avons du faire le ménage en arrivant (sols, bondes de douche, frigo). Des éléments cassés, abimés, un oreiller avec des traces de moisissure, pas de wifi... Heureusement les échanges avec le propriétaire étaient faciles et il a été très réactif pour réparer le wifi et un placard de cuisine. Autre chose à noter : la piscine n'est jamais au soleil à cette époque de l'année donc elle ne chauffe pas...

C'est notre 2ème séjour à la Villa Janubio, tout a été parfait, la climatisation a été très utile avec la la CALIMA que nous avons eu.Merci au propriétaire de nous avoir accorder un départ plus adapté à notre vol retour.
