Huvilassa on kolme makuuhuonetta, joissa on kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja täysin kalustettu keittiö merenrannalla upeilla auringonlaskuilla, ilmainen WiFi ja lämmitetty uima-allas talvikaudella.
Villa koostuu kolmesta huoneesta ja kahdesta kylpyhuoneesta, kuuma ja kylmä ilma
Lämmitetty uima-allas 1. lokakuuta ja 1. kesäkuuta välisenä aikana ilman lisäkustannuksia näiden päivämäärien ulkopuolella 20 euroa päivässä ja grilli lähellä uima-allasta merinäköalalla. Villa Hortensiassa on 3 makuuhuonetta, makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella ja suuri terassi näkymien nauttimiseen ja aurinkoa hiljaa ja kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, olohuoneessa on 46 tuuman satelliitti-tv, DVD, Netflix ja äänitorni, jotka yhdistävät älypuhelimesi ja kuuntelevat musiikkia samalla kun nautit parhaista auringonlaskuista saarella, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on leivänpaahdin, kaksi kahvinkeitintä ja yksi niistä DOLCE GUSTO, vedenlämmitin, mikroaaltouuni ja grilli uima-altaan vieressä voit nauttia upeista näkymistä kallioille ja merelle huvilan edessä.
Tämä huvila sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Faro Pechiguera. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi vesipuiston ja pyykinpesutilat. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

The villa location was great, with fantastic sea views. That said, the actual villa needs a lot of updating and maintenance.It would have been good to have a book on how to use appliances and TV along with a guide of restaurants and places to go etc The sunbeds around the pool were useless as they were not adjustable and you could only lie down in them The shower control in the upstairs bathroom came off in our hands We didn't feel very secure, with no safe or locks on the upstairs doors to the balconyJesus was great and very helpful

Tolle Lage, super Pool, aber…

man sollte über eine Renovierung nachdenken, da das Haus mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bei Regen ist leider wohl das Dach etwas undicht, da wir im oberen Bad nach Regen zwei Wassereinbrüche hatten. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Jesús!!!

Good location, but property need improvement

Great location & pool but the garden is very stark and needs plants in it as it compares very unfavourably to properties either side. No real shelter from the North and west winds so needs good screens on the north and west sides of the pool and on the west side of the outside dining area so that it is comfortable to sit outside. Again compares unfavourably with properties either side in this respect. Parasol needs a stand so that it is useable. Accommodation and furnishings adequate. Had to buy dish cloths and scrubbers to clean kitchen surfaces as the only sponge/scrubber that was left was dirty and unhygienic. Bottom rear tray in the dishwasher needs replacement as it is really rusty and manky. It would be good to have an electric heater available as some evenings were quite cool. It should have an information book with details of emergency services and local recommendations of good places to eat etc. So great location and pool but property needs attention and updating to bring it up to an acceptable standard. Jesus was helpful and responded quickly when we had questions.

Wonderful view of the ocean

The view and the walking path makes this property a great place to view the sunrise and the sunset. A couple of issues we had is the lack of warm water for evening showers. On the first night, we thought it was a one of bit by the second night, it was just annoying to have to take a cold shower when it’s also cold indoors. The downstairs heater did not work for us but the upstairs heater heated up quite well. The place could use better cleaning. I found a dirty cotton tip applicator on the downstairs drawer and a used set of used false lashes in the upstairs drawers. The location of the accommodation is perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation minus the above little hiccups.

Sunsets, Sea & Siestas

Villa Hermosa was perfect for a week of glorious relaxation, and the best of locations to watch those stunning Canarian sunsets. Host Jesus was a great communicator, both before we arrived as well as a quick check-in message with us once we got there to ensure everything at the villa was as expected. The pool was maintained at an ideal temperature for either a refreshing swim or a relaxing float under stunning blue skies on a pool lounger. The villa had all the basics - including salt, spices, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent - a good sized fridge/freezer, hob, oven & microwave as well as a good range of pots and pans, cutlery, etc If you are looking for a villa where you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea, with stunning ocean views and in a peaceful location then you will really enjoy Villa Hermosa Thanks again Jesus for all of your assistance which made for a great holiday. Look forward to coming back soon.

Tired yet functional villa with incredible views

Villa Hortensia is in an amazing location, however the villa is very tired and some of the advertising photos are no longer true. As you arrive, the wall has large chunks of render falling off and the front door is extremely dirty. As we walked in, the villa had a very strong smell of cleaning fluids, which we bought vanilla candles to overide. The two bedrooms downstairs are extremely dark as the windows have shutters on them, which we couldn't open. This means the lights are on in the bedrooms whenever you wish to use them ......it just feels dark and depressing in both bedrooms. The sofa in the lounge had hairs all over it - I would suggest dog hairs but dont know that to be true (1 inch and grey). All of the furniture is tired and very worn. The kitchen is acceptable but we had miniature ants everywhere ....in the sink, on all of the tops, in the fridge...from arrival. The upstairs bedroom is large and acceptable. The circular bed on the verandah is shown with a canopy to protect from the sun ....something we looked forward too......In reality, there is no canopy , it seems to have broken off sometime in the past and the structure now just has holes in it where the canopy was fixed. There is a spiral staircase, which is beautiful, however it moves as you walk up and downstairs and one of the securing nuts fell off whilst we were there - upon checking, many of them were only finger tight.....a huge safety issue. All in all, this is a large villa in an amazing spot, overlookiing the sea. Jesus (the contact ) responds very quickly to WhatsApp questions which is great. The issue is that the presentation of the villa is very tired, overly dark, not clean and the price does not match what it delivers.

10 Tage entspannen direkt am Atlantik

Wir hatten 10 sehr schöne Tage in der Villa direkt am Meer verbracht. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche mit Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr und Besteck gut ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoß bietet ein großes Panoramafenster auch bei weniger gutem Wetter die Möglichkeit auf das Meer zu blicken. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett sowie einen Balkon mit herrlichem Außblick auf den Atlantik. Sehr zu empfehlen um ein Glas Wein bei einem der tollen Sonnenuntergänge zu geniesen. Die Duschräume im Ober- und Untergeschoss sind schön groß. Im Außenbereich lädt der großr beheitzte Pool zum erfrischendem schwimmen ein und die Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden. Der allgemeinen Außenbereich könnte durch ein paar Pflanzen aufgewertet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibunglos. Jesus hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet und war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Außerdem gab er noch wertvolle Hinweise zu Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Lanzarote. Alles in allem würden wir wiederkommen.

Träumen am Meer

Das Haus ist komfortabel und aus einer Mischung aus Moderne und Tradition gestaltet. Ein Hauptschlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit Sonnenterrasse und Wannen/Duschbad. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Unten sind zwei Zimmer, Duschbad, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Wohnzimmer mit WLAN und Flatscreen. Die Küche ist gut und modern ausgestattet und hat einen großen Kühlschrank. Von der Küche geht es auf die überdachte Terrasse mit Tisch und Relaxbereich. Von dort zum Pool. Einmal pro Woche kommt der Reiniger. Direkt hinter der nahen Grundstücksmauer ist das Meer und Felsküste durch einen gepflasterten Weg getrennt. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind toll und direkt zu sehen. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen KFZ-Stellplatz. Am Pool den Grill. Kommunikation zum Vermieter ist über WhatsApp jederzeit möglich und sehr nett. Alle Infos zur Anreise etc. kamen zuverlässig. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und sehr gepflegt. In Laufnähe sind verschiedene Restaurants. Hier und da sind auch E-Scooter von Next zu mieten. Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub und können die Location sehr empfehlen.

Entspannter Urlaub mit Meeresrauschen

Wir (2 Erwachsene) haben zwei schöne Wochen in diesem Domizil verbracht, das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, Meeresrauschen inklusive, wir haben den beheizten Pool sehr geschätzt. Bei unserer Anreise war die Spülmaschine defekt und die Küche für uns nicht zufriedenstellend gereinigt, beides wurde kurzfristig geändert/repariert. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Schnelligkeit in der Jesus antwortet und Abhilfe schafft. Uns waren die Abende im Haus zu kühl (März/April) und wir haben schnell ein Heizgerät erhalten. Es waren mehr als ausreichend Handtücher Vorort und auch die Zwischenreinigung fanden wir sehr angenehm. Auch der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt. Es sind kurze Wege zum Einkaufen oder zu Restaurants trotzdem liegt das Haus sehr ruhig.

Ein gelungener Urlaub in traumhafter Villa direkt am Meer

8 wundervolle Wochen haben wir in der Villa Hortensia, im Süden von Lanzarote direkt am Meer gelegen und abseits von jedem Trubel, verbracht. Das große, geräumige Haus mit Garten sowie der beheizte Pool wurden regelmäßig von sehr freundlichem Personal gereinigt, und auch der Vermieter ist super nett, antwortet schnell, hat für alle Anliegen ein offenes Ohr und kümmert sich. Herzlichen Dank für alles - wir kommen wieder !!

Super Villa & perfekt gelegen

Was will man me(e)hr: die Villa befindet sich an erster Reihe zum Antlantik. Sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt für uns. Ohne Hektik und grossem Trubel. Nur Geräusche von der Natur sind zu hören und das ist sehr schön so. Wir verbrachten 10 wunderschöne Tage zu fünft hier. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet: endlich ein Mietobjekt mit guten Pfannen, Bräter und genügend Besteck/Gläser. Die Villa ist schön eingerichtet - der Beschreib und die Fotos stimmen mit dem Objekt überein. Der Vermieter antwortete immer umgehend und zu jeder Zeit und war sehr hilfreich! Viel zu meckern gibt es eigentlich nicht und wenn, dann auf hohen Niveau: Garten könnte analog den Nachbarsgärten etwas Pflanzen gebrauchen und der Pool war nach 10 Tagen Gebrauch ziemlich schmutzig geworden - hätte mal eine Zwischenreinigung vertragen.... Küche insgesamt könnte etwas sauberer sein. Aber wir sind halt auch extrem heikel... Je nach Ferienplanung möchten wir auf jeden Fall in die Villa Hortensia zurückkehren. Ein Traum am Atlantik

Wir hatten 10 Tage Entspannung, Meeresrauschen, und Sonne. Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt, die Lage in der Ersten Reihe zum Meer ist toll und exclusiv. Der Garten könnte ein paar Pflanzen vertragen, es ist etwas karg. In der Nähe (Calle Irlanda) kann man gut essen, unser Favorit ist das atipico. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen wieder.

Lovely place with westerly views over the Atlantic. Great pool and villa - very peaceful. Perfect for living outdoors and a good base for visiting the south end of the island.

The villa’s location is everything with this property.

Very responsive owner and excellent cleaning service. Furniture and fittings rather basic for the cost of the villa. The bedrooms downstairs are very dark as the shutters don’t open. Good for a couple, as upstairs bedroom is large and light, with a lovely balcony for viewing the sunset and the waves.
