初めて利用しました。深夜の到着だったがフロントの対応は良かった。 部屋に入り、寝具がきちんと出来ていなかったので中々眠れなかった。枕と一緒に置かれていたクッションに白い液体がこびりついてて汚れていた。生地も擦れているし。必要がないのでは。 シーツの下に謎の段差があって寝心地が悪かった。ハウスキーピングは何をやっているのか。せっかく疲れた身体を癒そうと思ったのに寝不足になって翌朝から終始絶望的な旅行になってしまった。充電コンセントがあったのは良かったがUSB-Cがなかったのは残念。 眺望は良かった。ボトルウォーターのサービスがあれば良かった。最近部屋にサービスで付いているホテルが多いから油断して水分を用意せずに部屋に入ったのは失敗だった。案の定、水道水は美味しくなかった。冬の客室は乾燥するからボトルウォーターが1本あるだけで助かるのに。 以上のことからワシントンホテルさんはあまりゲストの気持ちに寄り添わない姿勢が感じられる。

築25年の古い施設ですが清潔に保たれて、何より駅直結の利便性は他のホテルに引けを取りません。一方でより新しくより安価でよりサービスの良い（朝食無料、温泉付き、無料ラウンジサービスなど）ホテルが周りに複数あります。施設の改善は難しくてもサービスの充実を期待したいと思います。
