Just 20 minutes drive from the city centre and skiing site. The staff is very helpfull and polite. The room is very clean and tidy. The onsen is on the top floor with a very good view. A highly recommended hotel.

My room was dark, reeked of smoke and small. I was offered another larger room with view and had to pay more. The manager said he would waive the extra costs but at the bill when I checked out, he did not waive it. The food was mediocre. Hotel is not next to another, it was expensive to take taxi.

Great value for money and very friendly staff

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and tried their best to communicate to my friends and I in English. They did a great job providing the information we needed for our stay. The facilities are great, especially the public baths. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in the area. My friends and I had visited the Zaō Fox Village then drive along the mountains to get to the hotel. Overall it was very good value for money and we were able to stay longer.

值得再去的地方

很特別的飯店，進門就脫鞋，設施一流，很多可以好好發呆或靜心的空間，也有吊床，浴場也很舒服，服務很好~

入浴施設と一緒になっている温泉宿。１～２階に寛げるスペースがあり、無料の珈琲を頂きながら雑誌や漫画などを読むことができる。泊まった部屋は和室で清潔感があり、窓からは蔵王を望むことができた。館内着の他、浴衣もある。女性は色浴衣のサービスも。お風呂は内湯、露天ともに蔵王を眺めながら入れる。食事は畳部屋のテーブル席。山形牛を使った美味しい料理を頂くことができる。内陸だからか刺身系は少な目。朝食は至って普通のバイキング。個人的にはもう少しバリエーション(品数)が欲しい所。スタッフが丁寧で、館内もキレイです。館内にスリッパはなく素足(足袋含)で歩くのが少し抵抗ありました。

7歳と3歳の子ども連れでリピートしましたが、今回も子ども達は大喜びで、また来たいと言っていました。夕食はカフェにしたことも、子どもたちにとっては馴染みやすかったようです。施設の管理も大きな不満なく、ぜひまた訪れたいと思いました。

古い施設をリノベーションしたのか、日帰り温泉と共用の部分はきれい、部屋は古いという感じでした。本がゆっくり読めたり、仕事するスペースが用意されていたのはとても良かったです。部屋にコンセントが少なくて充電のやりくりが大変。館内スリッパは言わないともらえないのは良くない。せめて、必要かどうかをチェックインのときに聞いてほしい。食事は絶望的に量が多い。あんなに食べられないし、残すのは環境面からも本当に心苦しい。どうして残すほとの量を出すのか。メインはお造りかすき焼きかビーフシチューのいずれかで十分。もっと食べたい人が追加で頼めば良いと思う。

可愛いホテルでした。夜遅くに到着、朝出発でしたので、周辺に何があるのか、わかりませんでしたが、ホテルの中で、ゆっくり楽しめるところでした。朝食もとても美味しかったです。明るく、素敵な笑顔でのお見送りもとても嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。
