Quiet and elegant hotel in a nice district of Yangon. The family that runs it is friendly and helped with local recs and good food.

Hidden gem in quiet residential district

Located within leafy midtown Yangon area where you will have a peace of mind away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Approximately halfway between the airport and downtown but nearly all taxi drivers will have difficulty finding their way to the hotel. Be prepared with basic Burmese directions and guide your driver as even showing them the hotel name card will not help. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful who made us felt like we were actually homestaying with a local family. Breakfast choices were generous but portions are only good as a snack. Quite a bit of distance to downtown but if you seek serenity and peace then this is the place to die for away from dusty and sandy Yangon downtown.
