We thoroughly enjoyed our stay after our room was changed. We booked an ocean view king room and sadly were placed in a lagoon room which is NOT what we booked nor wanted. After a lot of time ( our precious relaxing time)wasted haggling with the front desk we were moved to the room we had booked. That was perfect. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Location good for snorkelling/relaxing. Property generally tired but kept in good condition. Sad that we lost a day.

Great place with friendly staff. Our Deluxe Ocean view room had us walking out directly on to the beach in an area away from most kids. Next time we will definitely get a drinks package due to the price of the drinks and not being included in half board.

Great family hotel

The staff are absolutely wonderful and very attentive. The food is well prepared and delicious. The kids had an absolute ball and made friends daily. It has a fun atmosphere for families and I would stay here again.

The service was amazing The staff very friendly. The activities were awesome. Unfortunately I got intoxicated with the hotel food because I only ate there. That made me feel terrible for one whole day.
