Good

Upon my departure (3 nights) they do not have voucher, or payment, or any info from e-bookers in regards to payment for accommodation. I had to sign special form to authorise hotel to charge my c/c if payments from e-bookers will not arrive. Charges to e-bookers for whole trip (flights + hotel) were deducted from my c/c at least 10 days before my trip.

Sehr gutes Hotel an sehr guter Lage. Hotelgebäude sieht von aussen genial aus. Innen wird gerade neu renoviert. Insgesamt aber sehr guter Zustand. Das Personal ist äusserst hilfreich und kann auch unmögliches möglich machen. Das nächste Mal in Eriwan gehen wir wieder in dieses Hotel. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.
