The staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually needed to go to a hospital during my stay, and they were able to find one close that had at least one person who spoke English. They also followed up with me the following day to make sure I was fine. The room was clean. The shower was large and didn't get water everywhere. The location was nice too. A lot of good restaurants around and the park was clean and calm. I would stay again if I get the chance to head back to Yerevan.

Tremendous! Always a very enjoyable experience staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Yerevan. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff!! This is my favorite place to stay in Yerevan. The hotel is located in a great area. There is a park right opposite, beautiful walks, and lovely restaurants nearby. Always a memorable visit!!

Very nice hotel and very helpful staff

We were booked for 2 nights at the hotel, but only stayed 1 night due to a glitch with flights. The hotel was very responsive before we arrived, confirming details and acknowledging that they would hold our room, in spite of our late arrival. The staff members that we interacted with were very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and the hotel appears to be just a couple of short blocks away from the main street. Had a very positive experience with this hotel and would absolutely consider staying here again on a future trip.

I would definitely recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express. The location is really good, not far from the main attractions facing a park with fountains and restaurants. It is also near a big surterainn supermarket. The buffet breakfast is really good. The rooms are well sized with all needs met, such as an iron board and iron in the room. The beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately it does not cater to gluten-free clients and does not have a gym. The service is good, but there is room for improvement, but I believe with the new management this will be tackled. Viktorya was really on top of things and was very efficient in providing excellent service, especially with a cab to the airport and a tourist itinerary catered to my needs as an artist.

Best staff!

I choose this hotel because of the staff. They are friendly, attentive and well trained! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel is always clean and it’s a joyful atmosphere. I stay here every time I come to Yerevan! I have stayed at more expensive hotels in Yerevan before HIE but since staying here, I have continued coming back and will in the future! Thank you, Shant and well done to you and the whole team!
