this location is just around 7 mins walk from the Yokohama JR station. If you have heaps of heavy luggage, there will be a walkway directly connect you to the hotel from the station so you can just push your luggage all the way. It's not in the buisest area so it's quiet enough. Rooms a bit biggerthan the Tokyo tiny ones so you can open your luggage lay flat no problem. Oh and I also love their shampoo and conditioner makes my hair so soft. I stayed for 4 nights. Will defo stay again if I'm in the area.

A bit further from the station than I would have liked but overall it's fine once you figure it out. There is a supermarket underneath which is useful too. Front staff and cleaning staff were helpful and polite. For a solo traveller the room size is adequate, the bed is big and comfortable. I think it's also very clean, the beds being elevated so the floor underneath can be cleaned is a welcome touch, most hotels should adopt this in my opinion.

It was close to train station and food options. Amenities included were a bonus. We did not have to go out of our way to purchase anything extra. Housekeeping is great as well and very friendly and patient. Walking distance of stores.

We would have appreciated more signage from the train station to the hotel. It was quite a confusing and frustrating walk from the train station. It was by accident that the next day we found a pedestrian bridge leading directly to the station.

Good place to stay. Conveniently located next to Yokohama station with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel only has two washing machines which are usually busy so don’t expect to wash your clothes while staying. Will definitely consider staying here again.

My stay here was excellent, the staff were super accommodating and the location was really convenient. Room was nice and clean too, but I took off a star because the AC unit was leaking onto the floor.
