Loud large travel group ruined the experience. They seemed to take over the hotel, including the floor we stayed on. They kept their doors open and yelled to each other from room to room. Complained 3 times to the staff who kept trying to quiet them down. Ruined an otherwise nice hotel. I'll stick to smaller hotels that tour groups don't frequent.

Overall, it was very nice.

1. My stay at your place was excellent and comfortable indeed. Your hotel staff was very polite and caring. 2. Some asian country's group customer was noisy at the lobby, that was a little bit regretful. 3. I have one suggestion. It should be better to try to clean the wall of your building's atrium. 　Appearance of the atrium is important, especially in the case of the modern disign building, I duly suggest. If I am the hotel manager, would rather plan to re-design to glass inner wall, for example. That would add value of your hotel considerably.

Great place

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The only things I could suggest would be to extend the hours of the restaurant/bar in the main lobby and to add comfortable seating in the main lobby. There is plenty of space to do so.

We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. We also like the fact that when we request extra pillows they sent them right away. In other hotels, we are asked to come and get the pillow/s ourselves which is not so bad but the service at Prince Hotels are great usually. This is one of our fave hotels. Although our room with double beds was not as spacious as in similarly priced accommodation, we find it cater to our needs very well
