The place and the staff were great. They gave us extra blankets to sleep on to make the bed a bit softer. We are from America so we are used to sleeping on soft beds. I would stay again in the future.

We liked how affordable it was, how many dining options there were in walking distance, and how close it was to transit. The only think I would complain about was the bathroom did not have any ventilation/fan so it got very humid quickly after a shower, but the positives WAY overshadow the complaint. Will recommend and come back again!

It’s difficult conversations with the employees due a barrier of language (even with translations).. We had a reservation error ( we ask for non smoking room.. our travel agent booked smoking)and we had to pay xtra to change the room. We show our previous reservation showing no smoking and larger twin room but they gave us smoking small room instead.

Convenient and very reasonably priced location. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Corner rooms have an issue with excess water droplets on windows due to condsation. Shower curtains should be replaced with new due to age and moldy smell.

Our room is much bigger compared to similar hotels. Staff were accommodating, courteous and helpful. Location is perfect. It is close to malls, restaurants and train and bus stations. Set Breakfast is good. Definitely, I will come back to this hotel. My Thanks to the staff. Excellent.
