First Impression, not good

I called numerous time to try to book a reservation and couldn't get a hold of anyone at the front desk. Upon arrival, sign at the desk , but the lady was sleeping in the back unaware of us. Not a good first impression

Stayed here to visit sick relatives and you can smell weed at the front desk and throughout the hallways. There is much room for improvement from the state of the room, to breakfast. Outside of this, the workers are friendly and welcoming and there is tons to do within driving distance.

Staff was kind. Parking was plentiful. Bathroom had a good working fan for the humidity. Towels were clean and good sized. But, the rooms were not very clean, beds were loud and springy and very hard to sleep on. Work out area was not useful except for the treadmill. Pool was not in service. Breakfast provided was not edible. The hallways and side door area constantly smelled like weed. Staff sprayed the hallways to smell better which was appreciated.

My interaction with Jaime was very unprofessional. There's no customer service skills and or motivation to help or assist a guest. For a day I had to use the public restroom and that was the only option I was given. The next day I asked for a blanket and was told there wasn't one however when the next shift came on, I was quickly given one upon asking.

I stay here on a regular basis and this is by far the worse stay I've had. The mannerism and customer service on the night shift is just awful. Is there training?

Overnight shift appears bothered when you ask questions or need anything. Overnight shift when mentioned that there was no milk out or eggs left, the person on duty scoffed. Seems that it isnt his duty only the shift after.

yikes.

hotel could do better with handling the rift raft and unpleasantries that occur with unruly guests. I didn't feel comfortable staying however being so late and so far from home it had to do for the time being.

The area surrounding the hotel is nice & quiet. Plenty of other establishments to visit whether eating or shopping. The hotel itself could use a remodel. Some of the activity that occurs on the premises are not okay. Breakfast was nice and breakfast area kept clean.

Okay but wouldn't stay again

the woman at the desk when I arrived was pleasant and welcoming however the person working third was not guest friendly and seemed puzzled when asked questions about our reservations.

Very nice

Was upgraded to a king suite. The room was very spacious and was beautiful. It was clean and accomadating. The breakfast was delicious in the morning and fully stocked. Will be back.

Not sure what kind of establishment is being ran here. There's numerous things wrong from professional curtesy on 3rd to people being on the clock and smelling like drugs. There's just some things you should never experience at a hotel as a paying customer.

Overall bad experience

Can't even get help or assistance over night, nobody is at the desk some nights. Sleeping or there's a note saying be back in 15 minutes ( like they left the property ). Don't even try to reach someone by phone because you won't.
