The room was very clean, the bed was really large and comfortable, the receptionist we met on arrival and departure was very kind, friendly and made us feel very welcome, also the domestic team were equally helpful and friendly. We were able to book a late checkout at no extra cost which made our stay even better. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay again when we visit York.

Hotel was clean. When we arrived were told we’d have to wait for room to be ready and they would let us know. After considerable time we went to desk and they said yes room ready just wish they’d let us know as our time in York was limited and wasted valuable time. Reception didn’t seem organised on arrival. Breakfast was really good, bar staff and food & drink great and can’t fault room apart from phone not working for room service but I went down so no real problem. We had great time just wish arrival time was better as probably wasted 2 hrs of a two day trip.

Yes the room was spotless and well equipped, the hotel itself was very nice and a good restaurant and bar , also not very far from the facilities of york ,the park and ride about two minutes away, would stay here again .
