Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. The mattress was not comfortable and was not secure. The lighting was not good. The light bulbs were very dim.

Clean up the cigarettes and pigeon crap outside the entrance. That was scarier than the Halloween display.( Repair asphalt too. Decisions are probably made by private equity managers so I understand.)

The hot tub was not working and nowhere in the advertisement about the hotel did it state that hot tub was not working. Any advertisement or information about the hotel said that it had a pool and hot tub. The room rates should not be that high, if certain facilities are not working.

It was listed to have a hot tub and pool. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub had been out of order for a while.
