凄く丁寧に対応してもらいました。客室も子供達は大喜びでまだ帰りたくない！ここが家なら良かったのにと言ってます。ご飯も1日目は食堂２日目はバーベキューと変えてもらえました。朝食が同じだったのだけが残念ですがまた泊まりに行きたいです！

価格からして、文句のつけようがありません。エントランスから遊べる要素がたくさんあり、カラオケステージ、ボールプール、マッサージチェアなど、まるで室内遊園地のようです。子どもたちもずっとおはしゃぎでした。全館空調で極端な寒さもなく、靴下やスリッパで全館安全に行き来できます。浴室は室内のみですが、ジャグジー付きの大きな浴槽で家族みんなで入れて楽しかったです。夕食は都合で頂きませんでしたが、朝食のハンバーガーセットは大変美味しく頂きました。朝早く子供が起きてしまった際にも、ゼリーを頂くなど優しい対応で安心して過ごせました。一点のみ、ファミリーダブルは5人で泊まるには少しベッドが狭いので、4人1室を目安にすると良さそうです。この度はありがとうございました。

スタッフの方の対応は良かったが、部屋の掃除がされていない、アメニティの中身のブラシがなく開けた袋だけが残っている、部屋中に髪の毛がものすごい、排水溝みたいな匂い、部屋の隅全てホコリが溜まっていた。おもちゃはキレイで新しそうだったので子供たちは夢中で遊んでいたが大人は気になる所が多過ぎてもう一度行きたいとは思わない。

予約後に夕食について質問で電話したがその際の対応かた丁寧で好感が持てた。宿泊の当日も笑顔で出迎えてくれて心地よかった。ロビーから廊下まで子供たちの気持ちをよく考えて工夫している印象だった。室内は清潔で、お気に入りのぬいぐるみも非常に綺麗な状態だった。夕食はバーベキューを選び、外で食べるのが不安だったが、結果的に子供たちも楽しそうだったし、親もとても楽しめた。プレハブに設置されたエアコンで閉めれば温かった。ステーキ肉や伊勢海老など料理もとても満足できた。翌朝11時までロビーで遊ばせてもらって子供は大満足で、「またここに来たい！」と何度も言われたほどだった。

年少、小６の子どもを連れて行きました。二人とも大喜びで、夕方から夜遅くまでずっと遊び続けていました。また、同じ年頃の子も多くいるので、自然と遊んでくれます。特に海外の子どもとも遊び、急に英語を話したり、本当にいい経験になったと思います。清掃についてはいくつか気になる点はありました。（部屋のぬいぐるみにポテトチップスがいくつもついていた、浴槽な髪の毛が付いていたなど）とはいえ、スタッフの方の対応も良く、子どもも大満足してくれたのでリピートしたいと思えるホテルでした。

スタッフの対応がめちゃくちゃ良かったです。子供3人に対してもめちゃくちゃ良くてわたあめ、ポップコーンおかわり自由で好きな時に食べていいのと、わたあめは自分で作る感じなので子供たち大喜びでした。ただ、きっとラブホの跡地なんだろうなと思い、、そこが不気味でした。朝食はポテト、ナゲット、バーガー、ゼリー、みかん、でした。紅茶、コーヒーお茶、水飲み放題です。

子供が喜びそうなイベントやオモチャがたくさんあったので、とても満足しています。トイレのウォシュレットが壊れていたり、お風呂のジャグジーやテレビが故障していたのが残念でした… 夕食もBBQのみなのもコスト削減のため納得できるのですが、周りに夕方営業している店がほとんどないのに選択肢がないのは少し不便でした。また機会があれば是非利用したいとは思うほど、とても気に入りました。

古い感じの建物のホテルですが部屋にもロビーにも沢山のおもちゃや屋内用の遊具がありこどもは嬉しそうに遊んでいたのでよかったです。お菓子を頂いたりサービスもよかったです。スタッフの方が笑顔で優しく対応してくださったのが1番嬉しかったです。
