The house is centrally located, just 5 minutes to Ford Lake, walking distance to Downtown Ypsi, 5 minutes to Depot Town, 5 minutes to EMU, and only 15 minutes to Ann Arbor & U-M.

We offer self-check-in via a lockbox. The key from the lockbox will gain you access to the back door of the house. Simply dial your personalized code to open the lockbox window.

Also, the back door is the primary entrance to be used during your stay. Please keep the front door locked at all times.

Important:
1. This is an old house. When using the bathroom, only human waste and toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. No wipes (even flushable ones) or feminine hygiene products (including pads and tampons) should ever be flushed down the toilet. There will be a cost of $300.00 if we need to have the system repaired during your stay.

2. Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Huron River. You'll find features such as laundry facilities. The holiday home offers a washing machine.

Host was very helpful, we did not know there would be a dog living above us though..so we had puppy paw sounds during the night.
