Wonderful lake view and close to the market.

The rooms have great views and very clean. It is very close to the food market, gondola and the dock. Our family really enjoy our stay.

The room is clean and comes with a view. The staffs were friendly and the hotel offers discounted boat tickets. The breakfast served at this hotel was good. I would come back again.

Very friendly family own and run hotel. Many members are around throughout the day. Good size room, facing the lake which is literally just across the two-lanes road. Plenty to do around especially walking, trekking, cycling.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Nice lake view from balcony. We left our stuff at the hotel after checkout. However, the staff post our belongings to our current hotel at Taipei without charging us the postage fee. Give a big like to the staff. Definitely will come back when i visit Taiwan again.

Beautiful view from wonderful hotel

The comforting stay in this resort-like hotel complements the beauty of Sun Moon Lake. We love waking up to the beautiful view of the lake every morning, and with wonderful hosts, our stay at Sun Moon Lake was perfect!

Nice Hotel, Great Location

This hotel is family run business but they are very nice and professional. We booed Triple room for 3 but been upgraded ti Quadruple room. Room is very spacious with lake view and comfortable. Hotel is very close to Ita Thao pier, just a minute walk so you can see Sun Moon Lake from your room. Overall experience is very good.

Nice hotel just in front of Sun Moon Lake

The hotel surprisingly just few feets to the Sun Moon Lake. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, they are helpful especially being asked for direction. You can view the Lake day and night with full view through a big glass.
