I should have given perfect stars however the checking in was very inconvenient. There are no staff, and it is only through telephone. I spoke to the man in charge and he have given me the address of the annex which I did not expected to be in the other place. Fortunately, it is just nearby to this place as we arrived 8pm (which was conveyed before arrival).

Night in Jail

Extreme difficulty gaining access to my room with offsite front desk. When I finally was able to get into my room, the access card used to open the door was defective. A replacement card was not available and I was forced to stay in my room as if I left, I couldn’t re-enter. This meant I could not go to dinner or leave to get any food or explore the area. It became a night in jail at my expense. I was not the only hotel guest that experienced problems getting into their rooms. We all met at the front door.

The noice levels was over the top as we ended up with a room downstairs right off a busy street. The windows need serious insolation, anyone smoking outside fills the room. I like the area, however this hotel will not be my first or second choice.

Netherlands Experience

Loved the location! The windmills were directly across the water. The view was amazing. The room was extremely comfortable and it had a huge bathroom. Breakfast was included and was perfect for the morning. I loved how it came served on a tiered tray. This whole location is a must stay for anyone looking for a Netherlands experience. I will definitely stay here again.

the location was close to the windmill village area and to the train station. The email was received very late on the day of checking in while I didn't have internet on my phone when I arrived late at night plus no one in the reception area..........very disappointed and was panic.

Wonderful place to stay, great location and view right on the water. 5 min walk to shops/windmill village. Definitely recommend staying here
