No sirve el elevador de hace más de un año. Es muy triste ver como batallamos todos los huéspedes y el personal con el elevador descompuesto. Los dueños no hacen nada por componerlo ya que es muy necesario porque es un hotel de varios pisos. El personal es muy amable un 10 para ellos. Y un Tache para los dueños por no arreglar el elevador.

i love and respect the old building and understand the work that goes into upkeeping a building of that age. The staff was wonderful, clean rooms. too many people overlook the charm of old hotels because of price and waste money on superficial material things. clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, amazing breakfast what more do you need

Nice stay

It was clean staff was friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable. Shower was hot TV and Wi-Fi worked. The only thing I was disappointed was the pool was out of service and my children and I really wanted to go for a swim, but I didn't like how it was in the center of downtown Central so it made it easy to walk around.

No había agua caliente para nada, vine con mi esposo y la dejamos correr por 15 minutos y seguía helada, en realidad el cuarto no tenía mucho estaba un poco vacío. No se si debía tener pero en el cuarto no había ni plancha ni secadora de pelo. Habíamos apartado una habitación standard con doble cama y cuando la recepcionista nos entregó el cuarto no nos preguntó que tipo de habitación queríamos. Más bien ella simplemente nos dio la llave y cuando llegamos al cuarto nos había dado una habitación con una sola cama y la habitación estaba muy pequeña, no había mucho espacio para movimiento. Entonces teníamos que regresar para bajo para pedir la habitación que habíamos apartado desde el principio.
