Stunning 4-Bed House in Zadar

Have you always dreamed of spending your holidays in a place of complete peace and yet close to
the city center? This unique Villa is an old inherited house, newly renovated into a real beauty worth
your stay. Located in neighborhood called „Brodarica“, only 5 minutes by car from our beautiful old
town Zadar.
„Casa S“ is combination of natural textures and modern designe created on memories.
It accommodates up to 8 people.
The Villa consists of four modern air-conditioned bedrooms of which one is master bedroom.
Three are equipped with double beds and one is with two single beds which can be connected upon
request. The bedrooms are spacious and sunlit. Each has its own ensuite bathroom, perfect for
providing the ultimate comfort to its guests.
The sun soaked living area is ideal for afternoon breaks and enjoyment in front of the TV. It is
connected with modern kitchen and dining area.
The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen, ideal for preparing
fresh and delicous dishes. There you will find kamado BBQ „Green Egg“, perfect for magical dinners
in the company of close friends and family.
The Villa has an outdoor pool & spacious sundeck with sunbeds and Fatboy cushions suitable for
water.
In addition, there is a separate toilet for the guests on the ground floor and one in the outdoor
kitchen, as well as the outdoor shower.
Guests of Villa also have a private parking with 4 parking places.
If you decide to stay in „Casa S“, do not miss the chance to enjoy the 30 minutes walk by the sea to
the old town of Zadar. You will be amazed of the beauty of sunset, which Alfred Hitchcock once
claimed it is the most beautiful in the world.
Eager for refreshment in the Adriatic sea? Just hop to the closest pier nearby the house, where you
will find many locals from the neighborhood.
Fun fact: in „Brodarica“, you will come across the replica of the Egyptian Sphinx which was built in a
memory of a beloved woman.
