Great location and flexible host

The room is really comfortable and was in an amazing location. Everything is in quick walking distance. No coffee or kettle but there is a coffee shop directly across the street that opens at 7. Would definitely recommend and will book again if I'm back in Zagreb

The property is in the lively area of Zagreb. The rooms were small in our apartment but for one night it was okay. It was clean and well organized. The host was responsive and easy to talk to. He gave us all directions and helped to find the parking. It’s not luxurious though ;)

Overall the experience was great. The only thing that I wished i knew was that one of the AC units was not working and there is no elevator, making it difficult to bring the luggage up and down. However, the owner did help me bring everything up, which was really nice of him.

Had to wait for 10 minutes for “cleaning lady” to come and give us keys. If you are driving, it’s a nightmare to have a temporary stop. Got a room that was different from what was described online. The AC was working in one of the two rooms. Old sofa with sunken pillows. The whole place was shaking when the trams passed by. Awful experience. Not worth the money at all.

Great location - no receptionist on site

I enjoyed the modern place with Netflix on tv, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. You may need a phone to call the person in charge for code to front entrance if you don't coordinate ahead of time. 2nd floor not elevator, but it wasn't an issue to me.

The dezman property was fine. I thought I booked an apartment but it ended up being a single room. It was centrally located, and clean. The staff person came right away when I called that we arrived there.

Excellent central Zagreb location. Staff went out of her way to help, providing information on parking and dining. She even met us downstairs and carried up some bags.

The Dezman is a small apartment located in the heart of Upper Town. The apartment was newly renovated and very clean and nice. The only downside was one of the AC units was faulty and the shower was leaking in a big way. The property manager said both things were going to be fixed after our stay. Otherwise, great apartment and would stay there again.

Despite filtering for hotels only, this property came up on search on expedia. Taxi couldn't stop near door due to railings so had to carry drag heavy cases over quite a distance. This is a holiday apartment on second floor, not a hotel. No lift so had to carry all luggage upstairs. Paper thin walls on our unit. Broken shower selector lever which I had to fix to use it. Also despite looking for laundry service which is listed ( a decider on our selection as we had been travelling for 5 weeks) there was none. Plus points..centrally located okay cost but better places to stay at this price.
