A classic downtown apartment with high ceilings.
Fully updated with all the modern amenities, including Samsung and Bosch kitchen appliances, Mitsubishi air conditioning, Samsung 65'' TV, Google Nest, 500Mbps broadband optical internet, etc. as well as authentic details such as restored heavy cast iron radiators from 1920s.
A short few minutes walk from the Main Square, the apartment is located in "Lenuci's Horseshoe", a U-shaped system of central city squares with parks in downtown Zagreb.
The horseshoe was conceived in 1882 by Croatian urbanist Milan Lenuci. The parks were designed between 1883 and 1887, its two ends were connected by Zagreb Botanical Garden. The park system consists of seven squares aligned on three straight lines.
