Some staff could use a refresher on customer service. Don’t serve people who jump the queue at reception. Don’t make promises that you’re unable to keep. Be respectful to your guests, we have options next time.

Great location, clean and attractive staff.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The location is great, with restaurants and shops close by plus it is within walking distance of the Old Town. Hotel is clean, well kept with an attentive staff, and offers a wonderful and diverse breakfast.
